Hello

​Losing a parent at an early age followed by continuous workplace burnout and painful relationship challenges first led me to rediscover my voice and channel my own healing through performance art, sound healing and creativity. 

As a teen, I had started training in Classical Singing with the Royal Academy but I didn't realise that early trauma had changed my perspective and stopped me from progressing with it further. Then after University, I discovered Performance Art and threw myself into the glittery, chaotic world of immersive theatre and stage shows. Yet I felt that I always struggled to find or “fit in” to a linear career path and felt that I never found my true voice in “traditional” work environments - so I have what I proudly call a “Spaghetti”career! 

I have drawn inspiration from the Greek myth of Echo and Narcissus, whereby Echo was silenced and cursed to repeat only the words of others.  I believe her story represents the struggles many of us face – losing our voice amidst anxiety and low self-esteem.  

I understand what it’s like to feel out of sync, to question your path, and to wonder if you’ll ever find your “place.”

My diverse background and unconventional career progression has taught me that life isn’t about following a straight line—it’s about exploring, adapting, and creating what works best for you. 

 Together, we’ll turn your twists and turns into stepping stones towards a life that feels vibrant, creative and authentically, yours.
