Sound & Voice

Camilla qualified in Sound and Movement Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) in 2021. She continues to facilitate immersive sound baths that weave together crystal singing bowls, percussion, Shruti Box, and the voice, creating a deeply restorative and sensory experience.

Her work combines therapeutic sound with powerful hypnotic relaxation techniques and guided breathwork, supporting the nervous system to settle, the mind to soften, and the body to release held tension. These practices invite a return to balance, presence, and inner harmony.

With a background in classical singing and the performing arts, Camilla places the voice at the heart of her work. She invites participants to gently explore their own voice as a therapeutic instrument, using breath, tone, and vibration to reconnect with the body from within. The voice becomes a bridge between breath and sensation, offering a direct pathway to emotional release, self-expression, and regulation of the nervous system. No singing experience is required, only curiosity and a willingness to listen.

Through vocal toning and embodied sound, participants are guided to experience the voice not as performance, but as a natural, intuitive tool for healing, grounding, and self-connection.

Hypnotherapy & Sound

Combining mindful breathing, sensory awareness, and hypnotic guidance, participants will be supported in accessing deeper states of rest and self-regulation, creating space for clarity, creativity, and renewal. The session will end with a restorative sound healing weaving crystal bowls and chimes.

PLAY | VOICE | MOVEMENT
workshop

Inspired by improv theatre, play therapy, intuitive movement, and sound therapy techniques, this workshop is designed to create a joyful experience for people of all ages, genders and backgrounds. Play is a fundamental, powerful tool for healing and self-expression, and this space aims to break down barriers and ignite aspects of ourselves we might not have recognised before, using the power of our voices.

“Camilla runs a really clearly communicated and well held group. The exercises were well explained, brought group cohesion and opened up new possibilities around expression. It definitely tests the edges of comfort by encouraging a lot of silliness, but that’s where the real growth is”
